We rebuild the site you already have, using your words, services and photos, so it works on phones and loads fast. Everything happens by email, in writing.

How ordering works: 3 steps, all by email
- Send your current site. Use the form at the bottom of this page to send your website address and what you want. Nothing is charged at this stage.
- Get your free homepage mockup. Usually within 1 business day, we email you a free mockup of your new homepage, built from your current public site. The mockup is a preview image, not the finished site. If you approve it, we email your written scope and price (exactly what's included, what isn't, and the timeline) for you to agree to. Then you pay: Refresh and Refresh Plus in full by secure card link (Stripe), Custom with a 50% deposit by Stripe invoice.
- Review your preview, then launch. Once you've paid, we email you a short questionnaire for your content. About 6 business days for Refresh, or 7 for Refresh Plus, after we have your content, you get a preview on a private link and the revision rounds in your scope (Custom: the date in your quote). About 3 business days after you approve, we connect your domain without touching your email settings and send you a handoff note. Custom: the other 50% is invoiced at launch. Site Care, if you add it, starts at launch.
Every question gets a written answer, so you always have a record.

Your homepage mockup is free, and you pay only after you approve it and agree to your written scope and price. Refresh and Refresh Plus are paid in full at that point. Working contact path

A quote button on your site
A "Get a quote" button in the header of every page of your new site that opens your contact form.
Google Business Profile check
At launch we check that the name, phone, hours and website link on your Google Business Profile match your new site, and tell you about any mismatches. We don't log in to or edit your profile.
Review link
A "Leave us a review" button that opens your own Google review page: a review link you can share with all your customers.
Search basics
Page titles, descriptions, your business details in a form Google can read, and a link to your Google Business Profile.
Accessibility basics
Readable contrast, keyboard navigation and image descriptions. (We don't promise legal "ADA compliance".)
Not included: online stores, booking systems or logo design. Rewritten wording comes with Refresh Plus. We can quote other work separately in writing.

Who does the work
CyberDad Kit Sites is run by Ruel Miller: U.S. Marine Corps veteran, CompTIA Security+, past hands-on SOC experience. It's a service of CyberDad Kit LLC, a Florida company, and every project is handled by email, in writing.
Questions
Why no calls?
We work entirely by email so everything is in writing and you can reply when it suits you. Most small-business sites can be scoped from a short questionnaire.
What if I only need a few pages?
Refresh is for sites of up to 5 pages, at $499 one-time. Your written scope lists the exact pages before you pay anything.
What if the preview isn't right?
You get the revision rounds in your scope: one with Refresh, two with Refresh Plus. And if you decide you don't want the site to go live, tell us by email any time before launch and we refund what you paid in full (Refresh and Refresh Plus). Full terms
Do I keep my domain and email?
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name. When we launch, we change only the website records and leave your email settings alone.
Who owns the finished site?
Your content is yours. Once the rebuild is paid in full, you can take the site files with you if you move to another provider.
Can you work with my WordPress, Wix or Squarespace site?
We rebuild sites as fast, simple sites hosted for you on Site Care. If you skip Site Care, you get the files and simple hosting steps. If you need to stay on your current platform, tell us and we'll say honestly whether we can help.
Will my old page links still work?
We keep your existing page addresses working: any page that moves is pointed to its new address, and we test every old link after launch. No one can promise search rankings, and Google says some movement is normal for a few weeks after any redesign. We'll show you the before-and-after link check.
How are sites built?
We use templates and automated tools. Every page is checked with automated tests and against your written scope before you see it. We'll always tell you how something was made if you ask.
How do I pay?
Only after you approve your free homepage mockup and agree to your written scope and price. Refresh and Refresh Plus: in full, by card through a secure payment link we email you. Custom: 50% by Stripe invoice when you approve your mockup and 50% at launch. Site Care starts at launch. We never ask for card details by email.
Can I start with a Website Check-Up?
Yes. The Website Check-Up ($49) is a written report on how your current site works on a phone (tap-to-call, tap targets, load time, broken links and more) with the 3 fixes we'd make first, by email in about 3 business days.
