Three steps, all by email
- Send your current site. Use the order form to send your website address and what you want changed. Nothing is charged now.
- Get your free homepage mockup. Usually within 1 business day, we email you a free mockup of your new homepage. If you approve it, you agree to a written scope and price, then pay by secure card link (Custom: 50% by Stripe invoice to start, 50% at launch).
- Review your preview, then launch. The preview comes about 6 business days (Refresh) or 7 (Refresh Plus) after we have your content, and launch about 3 business days after you approve it. Site Care, if you add it, starts at launch.

Common questions
Why no calls?
We work entirely by email so everything is in writing and you can reply when it suits you. Most small-business sites can be scoped from a short questionnaire.
Do I keep my domain and email?
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name. When we launch, we change only the website records and leave your email settings alone.
Who owns the finished site?
Your content is yours. Once the rebuild is paid in full, you can take the site files with you if you move to another provider.
How do I pay?
Only after you approve your free homepage mockup and agree to your written scope and price. Refresh and Refresh Plus: in full, by card through a secure payment link we email you. Custom: 50% by Stripe invoice when you approve your mockup and 50% at launch. Site Care starts at launch. We never ask for card details by email.
